THE CROCETTE is the most typical and traditional product
and also the first realized by Colavolpe. It derives from the gastronomical Calabrian
culture, then elaborated by the founder Nicola Colavolpe in 1905; he exhaltated
the softness and the taste, making with this product the first manifesto of the
firm.
In the traditional products we have the Coroncine
of figs (Coroncine di fichi al mirto) with their Mediterranean taste and unique
handmade form; the Montagnoli, special small figs, with a very sweet natural
taste and Gli Spiritosi; infused in a special spirit.
